The Ultimate Mobility and Stability Progression
Why Every Patient and Client Could Benefit from Learning The Czech Getup…and how to Utilize the Developmental sequence under load.
CzGU AKA The “Czech Get Up”
The “Czech Get Up” is derived from the work of Professor Pavel Kolar, P.T., Ph.D. and the Prague School of Rehabilitation www.rehabps.com . The “Czech Get Up” follows the concepts and principles of Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS) which is based on the scientific principles of developmental kinesiology (DK), i.e., the neurophysiological aspects of the maturing locomotor system.
Come learn about the benefits of loading developmental milestone positions, in order to tap into and utilize the hard wired, inborn, motor patterns that manifest with ideal CNS maturation during the first years of life.
After viewing the 1 hour webinar, the participant will be able to:
- Discuss Movement preparation combining mobility with stability.
- Develop Sequencing – Positioning, transitions, Flow in order to train your CNS.
- Review Kettlebell as load.
- Review Hand loading fundamentals.
- Describe Respiratory and postural function of the diaphragm with load.
